I wanted to like this. I wanted to be wowed by it. But it doesn’t work for my baby. It feels super silky soft. I was never able to get a powder feel, it always felt a bit on the lotion/ointment side which is disappointing. My 3 month old is very sensitive to rashes. She’s not sensitive to any products or ingredients but to wetness. She has to have diaper cream applied over a powdered bottom or she suffers from a tenacious rash. Since most people don’t use actual powder anymore for health reasons (even the cornstarch ones can cause breathing issues) i was desperately hoping that this could be used in placed of that. It can’t. It didn’t dry her skin the way powder does. When I used this exclusively, it resulted in her getting a rash as if I wasn’t using any powder at all. It wasn’t worse than our usual creams, but I feel lied to in its claim to be a powder like product

I saw ads about this in my social media feeds and loved the idea that a lotion would turn into powder to keep my sticky baby from chaffing in his little folds. I was excited to try it out and when I did, I found that the lotion has a very thick consistency and the promise of turning into powder was not happening.

TMI ALERT: We have no air conditioning in our Van currently and it is hot outside. Whenever we drive anywhere we seem to sweat profusely. I use this between my inner thigh area and under my bust area to help cut down on the sweat. Sorry, I know thats gross to talk about but this is the reason I use this. I dont think this works as well as baby powder but it is less messy and it also doesnt contain talc, which recently has been found to be very bad for your health long term. This doesnt feel greasy on my skin at all and I feel it absorbs nicely. It doesnt turn powdery or even really feel at all powdery like baby power does but it does give a nice smooth surface. Attached is a picture of my hand after applying and as you can see it is it really noticeable at all. A little goes a long way said this bottle should last a good while.

The formula doesnt dry down like a powder as I expected. It stayed more of a lotion consistency.

Takes a bit of rubbing in for awhile before it turns to a “powder” type substance BUT it is really silky and it’s helped my babies diaper rash & I LOVE that it’s all non toxic and safe, a lot of products greenwash by saying these things and this company is honest, clean & even EWG verified.

I actually bought this for myself, as a talc-free & no-mess alternative to help with the discomfort of boob sweat (the struggle is real, those of you who know, KNOW!). I have fallen in love with this! While it does not eliminate sweat (neither did baby powder), it does make everything less sticky & all-around more comfortable! Just be sure to completely rub it in so there is no excess on the surface of your skin. Huge thumbs up!
