Extensive collection of PEX connections for use when installing PEX. These are high quality and fit standard 1/2” PEX perfectly and quickly form leak free connections with the appropriate mounting rings.

PEX seems to have taken over the world of plumbing feed lines due to ease of installation and relatively low cost. Cement based PVC may still have slightly lower materials cost, but installation can be a bit fussy and you have to wait for the cement to cure. Copper is highly durable, but done correctly requires soldering skills and the materials have become very expensive. These fittings seem to be of good/typical quality. You will need clamping rings and the proper clamp crimping tool to use them. I like the stainless-steel type crimp clamps, but copper crush ring clamps also work.

These are a nice set of pex fittings, designed to be used with crimp rings. Inspecting them, the interior is smooth and the outer rings are well formed. Theyll do a great job for years to come. You will need a new container, though, the one they ship in isnt up to holding the weight of all 36 fittings. Highly recommended.

Love Love sets like these. I have a few little boxes of pex pieces for emergency times. I really hadnt needed it till recently and our pipes froze. None busted thankfully, but had to disconnect a few places to let the solid ice out. Also, while doing that i made a few changes and added a water filter. This box comes with common pieces in 1/2 inch and work just as well as name brand ones. The other thing i love about this set is it comes in a box no bigger than 4 inches by 4 inches. This makes storing until you need it easy. Well, i was in the hardware store the same week for other project items and plumbing was bare. Thankfully i had this set on hand for some of the pieces i needed.

Tried these out as they were cheaper, the fittings fit in the PEX good and crimp just like other brands crimp. After installation and turning the water back on there wasnt any leaks. A good product for a fraction of the price.
