Great memorial box for my beloved dogs ashes. It was exactly as pictured and so beautiful in person. Exactly what I was looking for.

We purchased this to have an urn with a picture for our dog we lost. The first one we purchased the wood cracked. It seemed warped. We did a replacement and the second was was great. So glad to have a quick replacement and place for our puppy

Box arrived today and it is beautiful. Much sturdier that I imagined. Our pet was cremated years ago and buried in the back yard. We had to dig him up and this was the perfect time to get him a new box so he could be in the house.

I received this as a final resting place for my almost-eight year old husky who passed of cancer. Medium size dog, 63lbs, the box we received him in from the pet care center is DEFINITELY bigger than this. The so-called bamboo looks like cheap plastic, there is a silica gel pack inside which apparently is all the moisture protection this provides, and the locking screw wont fit at anything other than an angle which makes me afraid it will come loose. I cant chance putting him in this. Will be returning for a refund and looking for a better urn.

I looked at numerous pet urn memory boxes. I mainly chose this because it had a glass cover for the memory picture and the picture can be easily changed out. With other containers, you have to glue the picture in order for it to stay in. No thanks. It is high quality wood and we wanted only the best for our beloved Mei-Lin.

Purchased this for a co-worker who lost her cat and I was very disappointed when it arrived. The corner of the box was chipped and a couple spots were not even black in color (I chose the black colored box). The one nice part was that the door to it was the complete size of the box so I didnt have to actually take the ashes out of the container they were shipped in. I was able to fit the whole container in the memorial box itself! Which is nice because if it were to fall or get dropped, Im sure it would break apart because of how flimsy it seems. Therefore, now I know the ashes will still be secured in the container that is within the box.

Quality is really good. My dog was 15 lbs. and I was worried his urn would not fit in the box. It’s actually a good size bcuz I have more room to put his other mementos inside. I added a statue on top of it and it came out really nice. I really love this memorial urn box. I hand carried it to the airport with no problem at TSA.

It was very cheaply made. Dented up and actually looked like it had been used. It was covered in dust and scratched up. The plexi glass picture cover wont stay in the slot. I do NOT recommend the buy. I would of returned it, but Im sure it would of cost more to do that. Will make a nice fire starter in my fireplace.

The product is cute but cheaper than it looks in the pic. The design and writing are off center and blurry. The picture and the cover will fall straight out when turned upside down to take the bottom cover off to secure contents, nothing to hold the picture in. I guess for the price it isnt too bad, but I wish Id gotten something nicer since it was for a gift. I will not be giving to the recipient I bought it for due to these things.
