Bought this for my daughter and her boyfriend who recently lost the first pet they had together. Its a beautiful piece and I love the various options available to display it.

After inserting picture I pulled out arm to stand the frame and the arm fell off. Not very good quality.

Got this for a family member and she loved it. Made her cry.

Will be returning. The glass is missing from the frame and also the white boarder is coming off the main part of the frame. Was supposed to be a gift but I can’t gift like this. Disappointed.
