Smaller than I thought my chinchilla cannot fit in and turn found she get fustrated with it

There is tiny sharp nails hidden within. It hurt my chins feet and mouth. I could not be more angry with the brand. It’s obvious that they know nothing about rodents.

Bought this box originally as a hideout for my chinchilla. But it turned out too small. The picture is misleading. Probably the A-Large is the size for a hideout. I use it as a hat box. Great for hay .

It fits perfectly into the corner and my chinchilla loves it.

If your chinchilla pees on/in it, it may as well be trashed. However, it fits a chinchilla well and is safe wood to chew.

Before I got this hut, I used ones by a different larger brand and they were around the same price but less sturdy and I would have to replace them every month (with two chinchillas). This one hasnt died since and its great, with little to no assembly.

Im a little upset that i can not hang it on the cage because parts are missing. For this price, they should check that all is included. It is all in all a good product. I am pretty sure my Chinchillas will chew on it but thats what rodans do.
