> 3 dayI had the privilege of traveling to Italy last month and was amazed by how good the gluten free handmade pasta was there. I vowed to learn to make it at home, and promptly ordered this pasta maker. The first free afternoon I had to test it out, I made pasta dough with Antimo Caputo Gluten Free Pizza Flour, eggs, a dash of salt and a little water, using the dough hook on my food processor. It took just a few minutes for me to assemble the pasta maker; I chose the die for bucatini. After letting the dough rest for the appropriate time it was time for the moment of truth, starting up my mixer and watching those first pieces come out. I was absolutely blown away by the results! I made a large batch in case I had trouble at first, but there was no first pancake to throw away. I ended up with a ton of delicious fresh pasta. It took a few minutes for me to figure out the cutter; I assumed that Id need a knife to slice off the pasta as it came out, but that little feature was the cherry on top - it sliced the pasta so neatly that the little mouths didnt get pinched closed. Im so glad I bought this, and will probably give it as a gift - its that good. I would recommend getting a pasta dryer to hang your long noodles on as you make them; it helps to keep the pasta from getting squashed and stuck together. 100% recommend, and no, there was no incentive from the manufacturer to write this - I just wanted to share.

> 3 dayWas a little skeptical at first because some parts are plastic but internals are metal and its held up for over a month of fresh pasta making. Easy to take apart and clean. Took me 2 tries to get my dough consistency (moisture level) right for the types of pasta we were making. Looking forward to years of making our own pasta.

15-11-2024I looked up the kitchen aid attachment and compared both and found this does the exact same job with lower cost. This attachment really does the job and it makes pasta really good as described and all the parts are detachable so its very easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this product i love it

> 3 dayBought these for my ex-wifes birthday since she loved to make pasta. However, the extruders made by kitchenaid is a bit pricy and these work just as well. Makes decent pasta if you follow extruder pasta recipes. Overall would recommend
