This was definitely not “new”. It was very obvious that the vacuum was used at least once or twice as there was dust and hair in the chamber and connector. So they basically just labeled this vacuum as new when truly this was a repackaged product. An embarrassing, misleading part on the seller. However, I did try it out and the vacuum works great and is quiet enough for townhome or condo living. It works wonderfully on hard surfaces and stays fully charged for the 30-35 minutes. It does the job on carpets too; I just wish the bottom of the vacuum was heavier. When I vacuum on carpet, it doesn’t always stay firmly in place as it tends to rotate more than on hard surface. Not that big of a deal though. I’m just irritated that I didn’t actually get a brand new, unopened product.

While my use for this product is strictly for linoleum based floor it works wonders has the visual post use look of a swept floor, Clean and ready for a once over with a mop. Now that is my current procedure, One of the roller blades is made for moping but I dont want to use this for that. Head unit has a light and is very, very adjustable swivel to your desire An Extremely light unit for its capabilities the head extends for a taller persons ease of use pop the cap and empty the dirt from the colector easy peasy. Best simple purchase for my homestead!

Not bad, I got this for a lower price than it is currently, so not sure if its worth it for $100+ Ive had it for 2 years, light duty, and the battery is officially dead. Im reaching out to see if its repairable/replaceable. My rating will go up a star if its easy to fix... down a star if not... Ill follow up here soon- Customer Service for the company emailed me and sent me a replacement section that has the integrated battery! Its working great again as of Nov 2022! Ill post again if I have any issues but the free battery after warranty expiration is GREAT customer service. They stood by the product! :-) Well, customer service still gets 5 stars, but Im having to drop the overall rating down to 4 stars... the replacement battery is already having problems and only lasts for about 2-3 minutes now... fine for a quick pickup/spot cleaning but nothing else... I only got about 4 months of light usage out of it before it started dying... :-(

had this vacuum for a few months at it does what I need it too. suction isnt that great for bigger things to pick up. the changing of the rolls for the hardwood and carpet is pretty obnoxious. when I move the vacuum while it is off, debris comes out from the bottom. especially when you have it as a hand vacuum. to sum it up, its okay for small clean ups. if I could go back and get something else, I would. UPDATE: after posting this review, the companys customer service contacted me to help and answer any questions. i have updated my review to show the company does care about the customers and will help to navigate any issues.

This vacuum works great! Sucks up dirt and hair like a champ, no more spending long amounts of time sweeping lugging around a heavy corded vacuum. This thing does it all! The battery life is excellent, with turbo mode lasting about 45 minutes to an hour(more than enough time to vacuum the whole house). The telescoping arm makes it to where my 3 years old son and I can both vacuum at the height we want without having to slouch or bend over. Has held up to the abuse of children like a champ. The only issue I have had is if a big leaf gets vacuumed up it has a chance of getting stuck in the tube, which is what happens with all vacuums; however, because this vacuum is so easy to take apart I can clear it in seconds Would highly recommend this item to anyone thats tired of sweeping!

I like the vacuum cleaner there’s a few things I wish it would hold more stuff in the container. I wish it would last longer and I wish it would suck a little harder.

Knocking off a star because it wont suck up my standard-sized cat kibble. Picks up the broken kibbles great, though. Excellent for sucking up cat hair dust bunnies and fine dust that are hard to get with a broom and dustpan, as well as cat litter. Easy to empty the waste canister. Great for spot cleaning and quick cleaning. The rollers pick up cat hair easily, so I often have to clean them during a vacuuming session - but thats not a negative. Light enough and flexible enough head to vacuum cat trees. Fairly quiet, but most of our cats still realize its a vacuum and run!

You really love this vacuum, I use it daily. The battery lasts a long time. The attachments are really good and I can clean up my car too.
