The floss it’s self is fantastic. However, the packaging go value engineered and is now not as user friendly as the old one. It’s a little tricky to get the individual floss out of the box.

I like them for what they are designed to do, that is to read the floss under my bridge without having to use the “Needle”. There’s no flavor to them and they are not the most convenient to pack on a trip but I’d still rather do that than to take the little plastic needle

I got hooked on this floss when I had braces then anchor appliances in my mouth. I have since capped all my teeth and this floss threads between my teeth so easily and the fluffy part really aided in plaque removal. If you have invested a fortune in your mouth you want this floss!!

My daughter recently got a permanent retainer and has had trouble flossing. We tried the plastic loops and they worked but were a hassle. This floss comes precut into set lengths. One end is stiff so you can fold it and tuck it right in whatever space you have between your teeth and the retainer. There is a short section that is thick and almost fuzzy. This is perfect for running between the teeth and bar of the retainer, or teeth that have wider than normal spacing. The rest of the floss is normal width and works for the remainder of your teeth. I have noticed most floss now are shredding when I use it. I tried this and no shredding! Yes, the precut and unique design is more expensive than using regular floss and a threader, but this is so much easier and more effective that my 9 year old daughter reaches for it every time. I will continue to buy.

I have two bridges (one with a pair of anchor teeth at one end), and have used Super Floss for several years. I have problems threading them between the pair of anchor teeth; those are very tight at the base, and if there is the slightest swelling of the gums then it is impossible to thread the floss through. For the rest of that bridge, though, and the other bridge, there is no problem at all. You do need to use the short end to thread it through; the long end is just regular, limp dental floss. In between is the special area, fluffy to clean out under bridges efficiently. The object is not to scour the underside of the bridge, Im told, but to remove the loose debris that collects there between brushing. Just insert it under the bridge, and slide it back and forth a couple of times from one end of the bridge to the other. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the regular floss, as I cant use it. My mouth is too small to let me get my fingers to the back to floss the back teeth. So I use - and heartily recommend - the Reach Flosser. It has a head set crosswise to the handle, so the handle can reach to the backmost part of the mouth. Im attaching an image of it from the Amazon product page.
