> 24 hourThis is a solid, good looking and functional helmet. The large visor works well for shading your eyes and is somewhat adjustable. The helmet certainly feels like it would protect your head in a crash. But the cheek pads just smash the hell out of your face. I am an average size guy, about 6 foot 190. I measured my head and a medium or large would fit. I first tried large. It fit around my head just fine, but the parts covering the sides and the cheeks just crushed my ears and cheeks to the point it was painful. I tried an xl, and still had the problem, even an XXL, the largest available still crushed my face even though it was lose on my head. I read that the pads would settle a bit, so I went back to the XL hoping it would. A month later, after the return period, it still crushes my face. Im worried more about biting my inner cheek now than anything else.. Guess it must be a design issue... But Im stuck with it until I get sick of it enough to replace it...

> 24 hourGreat helmet, good construction, good looks, nice padding......wish I could have used it! The size chart in the description is WAY off, so much so that I couldnt even get one to fit me. I tried a XXL and probably needed a 4X. Went with a Bell.

> 24 hourI purchased this budget value helmet for occasional ATV off-road use. By their sizing chart, I should be wearing a Medium. Theres simply no way the Medium would fit without hurting. The Large fits well through the head with barely one finger pushed into the padding at the forehead and a snug fit at the temple location with the cheek pads a little tighter than I feel they should be on my jaw. However, I expect they will wear in and shrink possibly 1/4-1/3 current thickness and make for a very well fitting helmet in the end. My head is slightly oval, measuring more front to back than side to side going over the top of my head. I have another H** brand snowmobile helmet that is XL and gives room to wear a thick head cover/balaclava while still snug which also confirms to me these are running a bit on the small side of their sizing charts. Bottom line, Id upsize one size and check fit. The padding WILL and should be tight, but not painful, until it breaks in some.

> 24 hourGot this helmet about a year ago and it was doing good. The pads inside started to come undone which was annoying and the visor never stayed in one place. Then one day my trx 450 came loose from the straps in my enclosed trailer and rolled back into the lift door, my helmet was in between the door and the bikes rear swing arm and completely destroyed it. The bike only rolled about 7 feet back and with very little speed or power. It only weighs a few hundred pounds. Makes me think any serious impact with this helmet wouldn’t protect my head too well so probably buying something more expensive. Great for a kid or novice rider. Wouldn’t wear it on any track or any bike with power.
