Very disappointed. New item out of the box wont charge or turn on. Have attempted all avenues suggested by troubleshooting but with no success. Only option available is to return for a refund but as this was a present for a child, they have been left very disappointed. To purchase the same item will cost £10 more than when initially purchased. No option was provided to get a replacement item dispatched, only return for refund

Got these for my Grandson and had an issue with the product. The seller reached out to me and we resolved it very quickly. Super impressed with the effort put forth to fix this for me. Grandson now has a working set of headphones and loves them so I could not be happier.

Nice kid sized wireless headset. I like that the volume is limited so my stepson cant hurt his ears.

These are the best headphones I’ve bought for my child. Well worth a bit of extra money as he actually finds them comfy and will keep them on. Really would recommend.

We purchased these for our 21 month old son for a 3.5 hour flight. Bluetooth works great and reconnects to the iPad each time we turn them on. We also used the cord on the plane so he could watch a movie on the plane TVs. Nice to have both options. Had to twist the jack around to get sound in both ears, but I think that was likely a dysfunction in the plane’s system and not the headphones. They fit my son well at the smallest size and extend big enough to fit me comfortably as well.

小学生の姉にSchool +を購入してとても良かったので、追加購入しました。お勉強に利用する用途では無いため、マイク内蔵形で少し安いこちらのタイプにしました。附属のユニコーンのシールも可愛くて、全体的に濃いピンクが可愛くてとても気に入っています。耳当て部分が柔らかくフィット感があり、心地よいようです。もう１つのヘッドホンとケーブルで繋いで同じ動画を見たり、活用できています。音質はよく分かりませんが、問題なく良い音で聞こえます。ワイヤレスでコンパクトに収納可能でとても満足です。
