I use my computer at the dining table. I used it multiple time per day and I eat multiple time per day. The computer is constantly on the move on the floor, on the table and around again. Ive had it slip from my hand 3 time this year. It got one small ding already. I kind of stumbled across this item while searching for something else. It works great, I dont lean it against the wall and hope it doesnt slid, I keep it right next to my chair, no problems with it sliding from my grasp it only travels inches now. $20 is a small price to avoid damage to my computer.

I have nothing bad to say about this product. It is excellent.

This thing is great. It has a non-slide base, full metal construction, and it is fully adjustable. I have a 15 inch Dell Inspiron (its about 1 inch thick) and a 15 inch Macbook Pro (its about half an inch thick.) This stand can easily accommodate both.

Had a little trouble getting it adjusted to my ipad air but when i finally got it adjusted correctly it works great. Using this takes up less area on my desk. Plus it is heavy enough so computer does not fall over.
