It is VERY thin sheer lightweight fabric. Much thinner than I thought it would be... but the design is fine. You would have to use a liner as well. This will not hold or repel any water.

Curtain is well made and washable. Best of all it’s fun and the kids love it. It might give you a startle until you get used to it though :)
