OEM BRC-550 Wireless Charging Battery Door for HTC Droid Incredible 2 - Black

My Incredible 2s charging port went belly-up and it was getting impossible to charge. I bought this battery door and a Nokia DT-900 Wireless Charging Plate, and my problem was completely solved. I set my phone on the charger on my nightstand at night, and the battery is fully charged in the morning. Its nice when I get a late-night text or call and dont have to fiddle with wires. The phone is now maybe a millimeter thicker than with the stock door, so hard cases wont fit, but Im able to use the same silicone case I had before.

I recently purchased two of these for mine and my wifes HTC Incredible 2 phones. Initially the plan was just for hers because the phone we recently purchased used had an unidentified charging issue so this was an inexpensive wat to test the system and possibly confirm a bad USB port which this model is apparently well known for. But, at this price getting two was a no-brainer. I believe this is an OEM product and if its not I would not know how to tell the difference as it is a perfect fit and match. I paired them with the LG WPC-700 Qi Wireless Charging Pad and it was an instant and perfect pairing. I believe this was the Verizon charger intended to work with these. So I was very pleased when my wifes phone snapped into charge mode, and mine as well. If the story stopped here it would be a very happy ending. However what it does now, and why it gets 4 stars, is to leave me with an interesting choice. See, because the charging back is just a bit thicker than the stock back it renders every case and cover that i have useless. And that is an absolute shame. I am left with the convenience of super easy daily charging or a higher level of phone protection. Right now I am not 100% sure which I will chose. I was able to replace the USB port in the faulty phone so I dont really need wireless charging, but it is really nice. So, if anyone knows of a skin, cover or case that is compatible with this back please let me know then its a win-win.

Could not use cover due to the charging pad sugested on web site was not comparable it would have solved my problem.instead it cost me more.

Simple and cheap, easy install. Couldnt have been easier. Now enjoying wireless charging without having to use a charger, just place and go.

It works with the LG WCP-700. My charging port broke, so I had to take out the case/battery and charge it or use only SPECIFIC micro USB wires wrapped around my phone 3 times to charge it. I did that for 2 months, while still researching the right charging pad. Im still skeptical about the compatibility with Enercell/Duracell/Energizer, so I bought the sure thing from Verizon and it was worth it. If youre going to get a charging pad, make sure youre spending your money on something that will definitely work.

I cant believe that I have owned my phone for almost two years before figuring out I can do this. Just snap off the old back case and snap on the new one, that is it. The new battery door is a little thicker and heavier, so hard cases do not fit any more, but soft cases still do. I bought two qi charging plates to go along with it, and it works fine with both. The chargers you use must be qi, dont buy Duracell Powermat.

They sold this back with the enercell wireless charging pads like they work together... they do not work together. Wish I would have seen the other reviews before I purchased this as a gift.

It can generate only 0.5mA currency. With this your phone cannot be charged. I checked with electric tester. The voltage is 5v but showed 0.3-0.5mA.

Its an amazing product works well with my Energizer charging station. Fits perfectly on phone and looks just like any other cover.
