Nuun Sport: Electrolyte Drink Tablets, Lemon Lime, 10 Count (Pack of 4)

I’m pregnant, headache-prone, and pretty sensitive to taste right now. I was looking for electrolytes with magnesium I could add to my 1/2 gallon water bottle to drink throughout the day. Obviously, the typical serving size for these aren’t a 1/2 gallon, so take this with a grain of salt I suppose..? It’s a nice flavor that doesn’t taste artificial, not too sweet, not too salty, and I can’t say this has helped with headache prevention, but I will say the 5 days I’ve added these to my agua, I haven’t gotten one. I like these way better than the other electrolytes I’ve tried and they’re not as expensive!

Our doctor recommended these for my kids w a medical condition. They need to stay over hydrated and these tablets work well for that. The taste is manageable but not enjoyable.

lemon lime easily the best flavor

The Nuun tablets I used to buy had a small groove that allowed to easy break a tablet in halves. A year or 2 ago someone probably decided that removing it would cut costs. Maybe that person got a promotion for this bright idea. But I run with 2 small bottles in the running belt, and a whole tablet is to much and needs to be cut.

I’ve tried all of the Nuun Sport flavors and this is my favorite. This was an amazing prime day deal. For my needs Nuun has the best balance of salts with not much added carbs and no caffeine (Nuun does have caffeinated products, but Dr says no. To be honest I did use a bit of caffeine in my first marathon, but didn’t feel it helped much). I also don’t tolerate liquid carbs while running and that makes Nuun a great product for my needs on race day (and training days) where GI issues can cost minutes while the clock is ticking.

I keep a tube in my golf bag. Just drop a tablet in water and in a minute you have a electrolyte drink that is better than most sports drinks.

Good electrolyte replacement for workouts and sauna sessions. Tastes about on par with most gatorade like drinks.

As a breastfeeding mom, I began using Nuun tablets daily to help me stay hydrated. One tablet a day dissolved in my first cup of water has had a drastic impact on my milk supply. I noticed an increase of 2-4 ounces during each pumping session when using Nuun. It has a very light flavor that is less intense and less sugary than Liquid IV. The only negative is that it takes about 5 minutes to fully dissolve.

Makes drinking water more interesting.
