After years of taking l-lysine in horse pill size, it was nice to finally have a capsule that was easy to swallow and you did not choke on.

I take L-Lysine for my Epstein Barr virus. Sometimes I would have 2 - 3 consecutive days where I couldnt get off the sofa, had no energy, and no motivation. Since using this particular product, I have not any sick days.

I purchased these after vowing not to take anymore of the gigantic ones I was taking that I choked on. These are large gel caps, but they go down smoothly with no problem

I didnt pay attention to the label so I failed to note that each capsule is 500 units vs. the 1,000 I originally thought. However, it is nothing to worry about....swallowing 2 at a time is easy with these capsules. The bottle is HUGE but I consider it to be a very good value and will buy again whenever I finish this one......next year or so maybe!

These are great and easy to swallow. You do have to take 2 to get the 1000mg but otherwise I like them

You get your money’s with for this product. Beats having to take the huge tables I usually find in store.
