Its cheap and a must especially if you have an active lifestyle. Just make sure to drink more water. Mix it with a shake or take it raw if you are a monster.

I will buy again just wish it didnt take so long to dissolve. I wouldnt add in coffee- its gross! Anything on the cooler side works best ;)

It mixes well compared to other creatine products that are on the market. Trust me, I have tried most of them in the past 15 years.. There is no weird taste. I do add it to my prework out drinks and my OJ in the morning with breakfast. I have gained more weight/muscle in the past 2 months while taking this product vs not taking creatine at all. I take 10 grams a day. 1 serving in the morning and 1 before I workout. I do believe it helps with recovery too. Great product and great price. Will be buying it again once this tub runs out.

It works, not sure what else to say. I mix it with my morning shake; it’s completely tasteless.
