Had my first can of vanilla flavored Nutrament in 1966 (yes, 55 years ago) and have been enjoying and benefitting from it off and on through the years since then. It tastes great, better than other vanilla flavored protein/meal supplement drinks I have tried, provides excellent nutrition, and has maintained a consistent high quality the whole time. I highly recommend it.

I ordered this through Amazon because we live in a small rural area where no one sells it. Ive been drinking this as a nutritional supplement since I was a teenager and am still drinking it in my 50s. Im very active and dont take vitamins; this tastes so much better! It has 360 cal. in a 12 ounce can Protein: 16 grams (32% of daily value) Total fat: 10 grams (this is a bit much, but if you burn a lot of calories and watch the rest of your daily intake, youll be fine) Cholesterol: 10 mg Sodium: 250 mg Total carbs: 52 grams (47 grams are sugar - 17% daily value. This is the only thing sweet I consume) 35% of Vitamin A, C, D, E, K, B6, B12, Calcium, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folic Acid, Magnesium, Zinc, Pantothenic acid, Phosphorous, Iodine, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Molybdenum. Vaniila is (I think) the best flavor. It has a distanct taste, very vanilla and not medicine like. Its best very chilled. I put it in the freezer (from the frig,) for about 1/2 hour and its like a milk-shake.
