Getting my arms up greatly reduced my typing errors. Changing my angle-of-view (i.e., less looking down and more looking level at the screen) increased comfort).

I find this device helpful for video conferencing - it puts less strain on my neck.

This stamd has really made a difference in both my hand, neck and back posture.

I should have bought this stand years ago! It keeps my laptop elevated so I can utilize the desk space underneath. It also helps with video calls being at a better height/angle. It is very sturdy, I dont worry about the elevation changing or my laptop slipping off. Highly recommend!
