This does elevate my ipad so I can read it without hunching. It is not altogether intuitive, but pretty easy to adjust to however you want it. My only criticism is that it is a little tight when adjusting its shape. Maybe it needs oil or something, but its brand new so it should have been smoother in its movements.

this stand is perfect for my iPad Air-4. It is compact and light-for travel yet sturdy enough to use the Apple Pencil whilst in the stand! It has padding to protect the iPad when it sits in the cradle. The stand is able to allow for multiple angles and the iPad sits firmly in place regardless of how the stand is angled. The quality is way better than I was expecting for the price

I use this with my IPad while teaching dance classes on Zoom. So its on the floor and the angle is perfect. Exactly what I needed!

I like the small compact design however a bit unstable when using a pointer ( stylus or your finger) to navigate the screen.
