30-10-2024My son walked across campus and got caught in rain and computer was in pool of water in the bag. I contacted Amazon and after them contacting the company they said they would do nothing for me. We had to buy a new computer because the computer had water in it. I am out $1000 for the computer. Cant say waterproof if it is now. He did not swim with it for gods sake. The water went into his bag and collected at the bottom where he computer was. I still believe that Amazon should stand behind the product they sold if the company will not.

> 3 dayThe backpack claimed to be 45L. In back pack world, 45L is a oversize backpack for hiking or traveling. This was a normal size pack back you would get for elementary school. Backpack are measured in liters (L). I guess the L for this backpack means large not liters according to the tag wen I received it.
