It feels flimsy and the straps sometimes dig into my shoulders. It’s not 100% waterproof, it’s water resistant. It’s decent as a travel bag or a personal item carry-on for a plane.

Great basic laptop pack for the price. My only complaint is that the USB charging port is more of a nuisance than a benefit.

I’ve been using it for school. It’s got a lot of pockets, and I like that.

I havent had this long enough to rate durability or water resistance, but I am very happy with the product. The space for the laptop is completely separate from another storage area that goes the full height of the backpack and both have ample room for my needs (multiple books, folders and spirals). The design actually allows the backpack to stand up straight when set on the floor. This may be related to how I packed it, but my previous one fell over regardless of the contents. The zippers feel robust and work easily with the pulls being easy to grasp.

Overall, the backpack is great. It should come with spaces for holding pens or pencils so they arent loose around the bottom.

For years my husband -- a choir/orchestra/band director -- has been using a soft laptop satchel with shoulder straps. Whenever we travel he brings a separate backpack and the laptop case. When he goes to work he sometimes needs a plastic bag for other stuff. He wore out the first one because he was also always putting other stuff for work in it such as cables, headphones, papers, etc. Hes really pleased with this one because he can also put his lunch bag in it, an extra shirt, two laptops, water bottle, and other gadgets for work. There are compartments and pockets of assorted sizes to keep everything separate and organized. The cherry on top is the USB port and cable so our power bank can charge his laptop or phone.

Meets all expectations. Great design and functionality!

Alot of space and pocket

Backpacks came early and was just what I need for users laptop. Very nice construction, and happy with purchase. I would recommend.

I use the bag still but not for my laptop ever since I noticed how unprotected it was. The side pockets are very narrow and not ideal for my charger. A good work bag though.
