Good brand, good product. I used to buy their B-100 supplement but they raised the price. As a vegetarian, I still need to supplement B-vitamins but this is basically the same, just half the dosage. Its more than enough for daily supplementation considering B-vitamins are water-soluble so in excess are just excreted through the urine.

Take everyday

I was hesitant to order because I wanted capsules not tablets. I seaerched for now B-50 capsules and it took me to this page. However, the title of the product was still listed as tablets. But I got beautiful small capsules. I just ordered again for my father-in-law (May 22, 2014) and they still havent changed the wordd tablet to label the product. But Im confident that I willl receive capsules like I did in April. I trust NOW products and believe this is helping all of us, especially in the energy department. Thanks for fixing this Amazon!

I like the quality, I dont like the after taste

I developed a problem with canker sores in my 40s, brought on by grapes and citrus fruit. A little research showed that Vitamin B might help. So I tried this product, and it works perfectly. One a day and I rarely get a canker sore. On the rare occasions when one begins to form I just take two of these a day for a couple days and it disappears.

Have used this product for a long time now. We like this product as it appears to work according to our lab tests.

Not as effective as the vitamin shoppe brand and if you take 5 capsules, they cause you to run to the bathroom whereas the vitamin shoppe brand never did that to me.

Gives me energy and is effective if depression comes calling.
