I was very disappointed to discover that it contains soy. This information is listed in small print underother ingredients. Also, the taste is very bitter.

Great product. Zero issues with acid reflux burping etc. Couldn’t previously take fish oil at all until I found this. If you have gastro intestinal issues, give this kind a try

I have to be honest, Im not a hundred percent sure that these are doing anything, but I will say that they do not leave a fishy taste in your mouth.
