I like the Now Foods activated charcoal because it works. It provides detoxification of the body from the inside out. And it will cause you to lose weight.

Absolutely wonderful for any toxins in your gut. Leaves you feeling like new. The only side effect is that it makes me a little constipated the next day, but I try to drink extra water just in case. Also, do not take any medication or herbs with it because it will absorb them and make them inactive.

Wish I returned these. I had the Bulletproof brand and they worked great. I thought the NOW brand would be as good but even taking two at a time they do not work for bloating.. Get the Bulletproof brand instead. They are a little more money but they actually work and you only need to take one.
