These pills came covered in dust or something. I thought some of the pills might have broken open in shipping, which is still annoying but I took some. I ended up with a migraine that lasted 3 days. After it went away, I didn’t think it was related and had the need to take more, so I did, and now I am on day 3 of yet another migraine. Eat something a little off ? Something that would normally cause you gas or reflux, take 2 of these daily and see if you problem goes away. It is made of coconut shells in case of allergy steer clear. Ate Street food for 2 weeks on vacation never had an issue while taking these. Great brand and price also.
