I take and like this product, because it is involved primarily in UREA metabolism - and it is an important precursor of Nitric Oxide (NO) and thus plays a role in the dilation, of blood vessels. I been buying this because long ago it said it would expand your blood veins lowing blood pressure. I have never had a problem with blood pressure but I can see a increase in size on the veins in the back of my hand. So I am going to say it works for what I bought it for. As far as flavor, they are not in my mouth that long.
