Its pretty much a form/fit/function replacement for the original Garmin band. One side of the Garmin band detached, so I only replaced that side, until a couple of weeks later the other side of the Garmin band detached. So now Im using the whole replacement band. Im hoping that this one lasts longer than the Garmin band, but just in case, I ordered a spare. (Ive had the Forerunner 35 for about 10 months.)

easy to install and worked great

A little tricky to install, but otherwise good quality.

My original Garmin band lost the part that holds the extra strap down. Anyway, it was annoying, so I did a little research and bought this. First of all, the color is cool. Second, it fits great. The only reason I marked the comfort down one notch is because the dual straps that holds he extra band down are a little overkill. I dont exactly have big wrists, and even on me one would have sufficed.

I love this band so much! Works just like the original but I get the added bonus of color!!
