It seems to work well. I started giving it to my dog, with the vets blessing, and my dog was jumping much better and has now decided she needs to go with me every time I go out to my car. She has never done that before in eleven years.! It has definitely helped her. It is a bit pricey but I do feel better.

This came as a 2 pack, first bottle was fine, second bottle smelled very fishy--I could not stomach them. The savings I was anticipating was gone because only one bottle was useable. Be wary--I will only buy from LOCAL vendor now, this isnt worth it to buy this on AMAZON.

Ive taken the product for quite some time and have been pleased. Please note that if you do any tracking of your heart rate, the Vitamin D will give you a slight increase. I already take 3000 IU / day, I have noticed per my Fitbit my heart rate has been higher off and on over the past couple of months, I could not make any sense of it. When I reached for the bottle 2 days ago I saw the flashing extra 1000 IU of Vitamin D and that explained the increase in BPM. The only reason I know is that about a year ago Id experimented with Vit D levels in an attempt to help with joint / muscle pain. I just want to give folks a heads up.
