I take it solely as a heart helping supplement. I think its ingredients are high-quality and provide quality nutrients to the necessary organs. I know the energy I get comes from the Ultimate Omega + CoQ10. The purity of the ingredients is some of the best available. Ive used X-Tend Life products on many occasions, including their fish oil. The type I bought from them ended up raising not only my triglycerides, but my cholesterol. I wasnt too pleased and went back to my Nordic Naturals. I will be taking these for as long as I can! So many good things to say about this product, but the most important is that I don’t feel nauseous after taking it! After all, it doesn’t matter how good something is for you, if it makes you sick or feel in any way less than yourself, you won’t take it.

I received my Nordic naturals as promised- wrapped well. I’ve used this 0mega 3 with CoQ10 for years - I have no proof that it helps but I feel that it does and I will continue to use it.

We appreciate that it doesnt cause us to burp a terrible fish taste, like some of the other brands that weve tried.
