Greater than one weekAlong with installing a water cooling block with Noctua paste as the contact medium, results are very excellent. I am not one to tear down my rig to give comparison air to water cooling, but on air CPU temps at or above 96 C, on the water block with Noctua thermal paste, maximum temp now around 72 C. Daily non-loaded CPU runs at 39-42 C where before at idle temps on air were about 60 C.

Easy to apply
