> 3 dayI recently built a PC with the new Ryzen 5 3600 Zen 2 chip, so I knew I needed a good cooler (to get good boost clock performance). But above all, I wanted a *quiet* PC. So I got this Noctua cooler, and I am incredibly pleased!

> 3 dayI got this to replace Arctic Freezer 34 CO for my AMD 5800x CPU to hopefully decrease 5800x temps which runs very hot unlike any other AMD CPU of same generation. Unfortunately there is no temperature difference or all core clock boost difference between Arctic Freezer and this Noctua, using same thermal paste. Even in terms of noise - this Noctua cooler is just as loud as the 34 CO when fan is at max speed. And the mounting system is not significantly better in terms of ease of mounting. So if you want to save yourself some money - go with Arctic Freezer 34 CO.

> 3 dayI am running a AMD 2600x, on the stock cooler, I would see 85+ temps regularly, even though I had a very aggressive fan profile set. I have three massive case fans, I cant hear them at all going at 100%, but the stock fan was loud, even louder than my gpu fans combined when rendering in iray.

> 3 dayho comprato questo dissipatore perche quello stock che usavo era troppo rumoroso e dopo 1/2 ore di utilizzo del pc il mio r5 3600 raggiungeva gli 85 gradi quindi ho optato per questo dissipatore di noctua.

> 3 dayIve been building computers for 20 years and outside of an SSD this is one of the best purchases Ive made. The only downside is the color is not very pretty, but I have a way to fix that as well.

> 3 dayUsed with a Ryzen 5 2600x and my temperatures, which were a problem while gaming and streaming, are perfect. At stock cpu settings with overclocked RAM, my cpu never goes over 65 degrees C. Under stress test of 100% load, cpu never exceeded 72 degrees C after 15 mins.

> 3 day...and therefore they are a great value for the money. Six year warranty and fans with 150,000 hours MTBF cant be beat.
