15-11-2024I built an upgraded high end creator/gaming PC in the Thermaltake Commander (C34 model) and outfitted it with 2 Noctua 200mm / 2 140mm and 3 120mm fans (two on Noctua U12 cooler). My overclocked Ryzen 9 has zero problems with heat with no water cooling, and is still very quiet.

> 3 dayGot this over others due to reports of other coolers being difficult to install. This was a breeze. Also very quiet. In my opinion, worth the money. Also comes with good thermal compound.

> 3 dayIts a heat pipe cooler. Works fine. Installation is easy with a functional bracket system. No clips means a more secure connection. Dropped temperatures about 10-15C. Cabling is not that great with unneeded sleeves and generally fair workmanship. Sleeve is annoyingly wax impregnated for some reason. I know that these are mass produced but a little more quality control rather then gamer appeal would have been nice.

> 3 dayApplied to (currently stock speeds) AMD Ryzen 2600 on ASUS X470-Pro in an h500i case. Install was very easy, 15-20 minutes tops. Idle temps dropped from 40-45c with stock cooler to 25-27c. Load temps dropped from 65-70c to 40-45c. Worthy investment.

> 3 dayI wanted something quieter and more efficient than the stock Wraith Stealth cooler that came in the box with my AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU. I considered all available air coolers. I read a lot of reviews before making my final decision and the Noctua NH-U12S was my first choice. This CPU cooler is one of the best out there. I installed a second Noctua NF-F12 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan on it using the extra mounting clips which came in the box with this cooler and my CPU runs very cool and quiet! Dont hesitate if you need a very good air cooler. The Noctua NH-U12S is the best available choice and it will not break your budget.
