Noctua NH-U12S chromax.Black, 120mm Single-Tower CPU Cooler (Black)

As I write this I have a 5800x being cooled with this exact cooler and I cannot even tell it is on. A quiet little beast, this cooler can keep my 5800x (which is known for being the hottest chip out of the new ryzen 5000 series), at 35-40 C at 850rpm idle, or 60-70 C under intense load. It also fits great in my Meshify 2 Compact case and the black finish is so clean I wouldnt even think about anything else. It also comes with great thermal paste and the gear needed to mount a second fan. If you want a fantastic mid/middle high end cooler without paying a ton, or if you want Noctua quality without going for a larger cooler, this is exactly what you need. The definitive smaller air cooler.

Bought last Aug. Had it cooling my Ryzen 3900xt. Idle temp 32-33 Celsius with Noctua NH-U12S cooler. Just installed new Ryzen 5800x. Idle temp 29 - 30 Celsius. (Room temp 24). PushPull configuration. Very proud father.

great cooler, silent and great performance. Keeps my 12700k nice and cool at 45ish C idle and 60ish when working hard. No overclocking, but seems like it can handle overclocking also.

I have been building PCs now for well over a decade and have always been a big fan of Noctua, pun intended.

Cools the CPU (3700X in my case) very well and is extremely quiet. I can barely hear it even if its spinning at 70% speed in a very open case (Meshify C).

I know, I know, Noctua are the last word in PC air cooling. Honestly though, Ive found this performs about as well in cooling my Ryzen 5 5600X as my old Cooler Master Hyper 212, while costing twice as much. One area this shines though is how absurdly easy it is to mount the thing. Every review Ive read about Noctua products has made the same point, and it definitely makes a huge difference to the experience of building a PC, especially since my last cooler was for me the most frustrating component to work with in the entire build.

My Ryzen 3700x CPU rarely gets above 70C in Games alone, and only in stress testing it ever gets above 75C, Noctua Truly is my go to company for Air coolers !

Dieser Kühler kam auf mein Asus Mainboard mit dem neuen i710700K. Er kühlt den Prozessor bei 25°C Raumtemperatur im Idle auf ca. 30°C und im Spielbetrieb geht er nicht über 65°C. Das ist finde ich für mein altes Gehäuse mit Netzteil ohne Kabelmanagement ein sehr erstaunlicher Wert. Hatte anfangs Bedenken, da ja viele schreiben dass die 10te Generation der I7 sehr heiß werden. Kann ich nicht bestätigen.
