> 24 hourThe provided bracket (NM-IMB3) is not compatible with this motherboard, as a heat sink on the motherboard prevents it from securing evenly. This is not mentioned as a conflict on the packaging, and many websites incorrectly list this cooler as compatible with this motherboard. I have confirmed that I was provided with LG 1700 socket parts, as well. (This cooler did not initially come with compatible parts, but later packages, like the one I have did come with it.) A shame really, as I would prefer to have a Noctua air cooled CPU fan. As far as I can tell, there is not Noctua brand air-cooled CPU fan that is compatible with this motherboard.

> 24 hourI ordered Noctua NH-U12S Chromax Black after doing some research pointing me to Noctua NH-D15 as the best CPU cooler. Every website listed NH-D15 as the best. It might possibly be the best but it is also huge and probably not needed unless you are overclocking which Im not. I accidentally found NH-U12S so after looking at the reviews and the size, I ordered it. I didnt even realize that I already had the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition RGB CPU Air Cooler, SF120R.
