Noctua NH-D15, Premium CPU Cooler with 2X NF-A15 PWM 140mm Fans (Brown)

Awesome Cooler. I am using it on a i7-4790K at stock core frequency with the included Noctua thermal paste. It sits on the desktop at around 25-35°c. During heavy loads this does not go above 50°c. This is with the fans still running at half speed ~ 900RPM. I previously had a AIO Corsair H100i GTX which was very noisy and the pump failed within a few days. This cooler is made to a very high standard. I will be buying Noctua case fans very soon.

Got this cooler for my new ryzen processor. Im doing crypto mining when not using the computer so it was important that it could handle the CPU with all 24 threads at 100% over a long period of time. I had two old AIO (Corsair h100i v2 and a Kraken x63) and both could not handle my i7 7700k after a long period of gaming, so I got this Noctua as an upgrade and it works PERFECTLY.

Sicher sagt sich nun der ein oder andere, dass ich mit Kanonen auf Spatzen schieße, aber ich bin ein Freund von kühleren Temperaturen im Gehäuse. Genutzt wird dieser riesige Kühler auf einem 3700X im Normaltakt und hält ihn dementsprechend kühl im IDLE bei rund 45 Grad und unter Last mit ca 57 Grad. Das Ganze in einem Dark Base Pro Gehäuse und dementsprechend guten Airflow.

Siempre quise probar este disipador premium, al ser reconocido durante años por ser el mejor disipador por aire del mercado. Bueno, decir que es realmente genial, aunque tienes que tener una caja bien grande para meterlo sin problemas... Se adapta a todo tipo de disipadores ram, pues sus ventiladores se pueden desplazar unos centímetros.

I currently have this installed in a phanteks evolve mini itx case, even with such a small area it fits pretty easily with ample room around it. The cooler is massive but the evolve is a tad bit wider than normal cases so it works pretty well. The reason I switched to air instead of my usual aio water coolers is the paranoia of not knowing if a pump will fail or coolant might leak started to bother me. Cooling is on par with my 4 fan push/pull water cooler I had previously which is impressive. Theirs a vast improvement in sound reduction as the aio water cooler took off like a jet at full load, the noctua stays relatively quite.

Rapida instalacion y funciona super estupendo

Make sure to do your measurements for your case correctly, cause this is a beast to deal with if you dont. Honestly though? It has insane performance. Considering Im using 8700k, the temps are consistently under45c for any amount of load Ive put on it so far.

works better than most water coolers

Llevo 4 años con una refrigeración líquida de Corsair de 140€ y malas temperaturas a partir de los dos años de uso. Decidí probar este disipador por aire y básicamente me ha bajado temperaturas en reposo de 50 grados a 30 haciendo bastante calor en la habitación en la que estoy. En carga no pasa de los 50-60 y encima es muy silencioso.

Cooling very good. Quite large and covers the memory.
