Noctua NH-D15 chromax.Black, Dual-Tower CPU Cooler (140mm, Black)

Using a ryzen 9 and 3080 my cpu temps are at 60 degrees Celsius max when playing Tarkov, elden ring and siege on high for hours. And about 35-40 degrees when not gaming. So it works well. The 2 heat sinks are incredibly bulky and you may or may not install the second fan if your ram doesn’t give you clearance. It also makes cable management a pain.

My build came with a liquid cooler. I noticed my CPU would get warmer then I would like (even though my builds liquid cooler was about $140. You would think because this is under $100 it would cut performance or not cool as well. Well you would be wrong. This bad boy cools the crap out of my CPU. I get my i7-9700k to 5.0 and I dont notice my temps getting above mid 60 celcius. I love this fan and I have actually reccomend it to 3 friends who have purchased recently as well and that feel the same. It was very easy to install. The mount is strong and it comes with thermal paste. I will always use noctua going forward. Noctua if you read this you now have a customer for life. Glad you make this in all black now. Sadly you still have RGB fanboys who wont purchase because of lack of lighting but I always tell them for pc gaming its about performance not flash.

At first I couldn’t install it on my lga 2066 but then I realized I’d isn’t need the backplate and used the mountin brackets and screws instead easy 10 minute install

Go big or go home, the NH-D15 chromax.Black is big but it fit with room to spare in my Coolermaster H500 case (ATX-Mid). The twins fans and 6 pipes do there job flawlessly on my Intel 12900K. Ive barely touched 70 C. 5 stars Noctua. Purchased a 200mm top case exhaust fan as well, keep having to look to see if its on (its so quiet).

I had a MSI AIO before this and my temps were hitting over 100 degrees on idle with my R7 3800X. So I decided to go back to air cooler now with this cooler my cpu sits between 40-55 degrees on full load now. Definitely worth the money

Ho sempre preferito i dissipatori ad aria a dispetto degli AIO pump. Devo dire che con questa nuova veste Black è proprio quello che cercavo. Noctua è un azienda seria ve ne accorgerete dal contenuto della confezione , curata nei minimi dettagli e fornita di tutto quello che vi serve per non aver nessuna difficoltà nel montaggio. Le temp del processore sono come da specifiche da 20° in idle e max 60° negli stress test. Quando lo uso quotidianamente per lavoro o gioco non supero nemmeno i 50°. Se volete il top sapete cosa fare.

In a one fan configuration this thing keeps my Ryzen 5900X to 55-60C while gaming. Works very well and is hands down the easiest air cooler installation (that wasnt the factory cooler) that Ive ever done.
