> 3 dayThis monster of a CPU cooler is the best air-cooled one out there. Very easy to install. It keeps my CPU temps low and does it super quietly in the normal Noctua fashion. I absolutely love this cooler. My only con would be that it takes up so much room in my computer. Still 5/5 stars!

Greater than one weekVery good fan, I have a mid sized tower. Was a tight fit.

> 3 dayThis thing is awesome, I run a Ryzen 7 3700 X, it is noticeably 20C cooler compared to the stock cooler. Even when I run ultra on 7DTD, Red Dead 2, Rainbow Six Siege, and GTA5, I’ve not peaked over 64C. A HUGE improvement over the nearly 84C I was getting with a stock cooler. I would highly suggest or refer someone to this cpu cooler.

Greater than one weekBulky, but it overperforms its size.

> 3 dayThis thing is solid, and now that its black, it can fit a larger majority of builds and look good. Coming from a stock AMD wraith cooler to this, the temps have dropped from 75c to 65c at full load. In my opinion this is better than an AIO as you dont have to clean it very often and it wont ever break unless you literally take it out of the PC and smash it.

> 3 dayIn fact I received a regular one at first the replacement is chromax. Noctua fan is quite and it hold my 3900X very well even I only installed one fan. You need a large enough case to use this cooler and the performance is top level.

> 3 dayWas basically impossible to get the GPU I wanted, so I went pre-built. Cyberpower PC Ryzen 7 3700X, Asus Prime B550M-A AC motherboard, Asus RTX 3060 TI DUAL MINI, EVGA 600 Gold PSU. The CPU cooler it came with was almost useless; it reached 90 C one time while playing Star Citizen (runs hot in that game due to optimization issues). Heres the result, the NH D15 reduced the temp to 60 C where it used to be 85 - 90 C. Unbelievable! Dying Light 2 with full Ultra Raytracing mode used to run at 40-ish FPS outside (with all foliage, day time lighting, etc) and about 60 inside. Now, it runs at 70-75 FPS outside and around 100 FPS inside. Here, outside means not in a building in-game.

Greater than one weekVery bulky but I’m not sure if that’s avoidable in terms of performance

> 3 dayThis just outperformed my single fan aio by a whopping 10 degree Celsius. However its bit on the pricier side. But if it runs for a long time. This product will definitely last any future upgrades to the cpu. And would be worth the money.

> 3 dayAMD recommends watercooling for 3950X - Nah, this is enough assuming you are not planning to extensive overclocking. Mine runs nice, smooth and quiet only ramping up on some really CPU heavy tasks. Ive used Noctua products for years. The previous one lasted for 9 years and would still be running if Id not be doing system upgrade. Seen some of the AIO coolers having problems with algae/getting blocked after couple years, no thanks!
