> 3 dayFantastic fans. I think my results may be a little extreme but my setup was 3 apevia case fans in the front, 1 mastercooler 120mm AIO on i7 9700k. The 2 mastercooler fans that came with the AIO were push/pull config on the rear of case. I added 2 of these Noctua fans one on top for exhaust and one on bottom for intake and my cpu is 15 degrees cooler now while gaming. My GPU never gets hot so Im not sure the improvement it made for it.

> 3 dayWhatever you do, buy this as a case fan. If you plan on using this over a heat sink or for CPU or radiator cooling please consider the NF-F12 also made by Noctua. The Black version is trash.

Greater than one weekIch wollte das Lüftergeräusch meines PCs auf ein Minimum reduzieren. Noctua ist einer der besten Lieferanten für solche Wünsche. Nach dem Einbau, der problemlos möglich ist, war das Laufgeräusch im Grundbetrieb sofort auf ein Minimum reduziert. Bei höherem Kühlbedarf erfüllt der Lüfter nicht ganz meine Ansprüche. Eine Kontaktaufnahme zum Hersteller brachte mir sehr kurzfristig eine Ersatzlieferung, die allerdings ebenfalls an ihre Grenzen stieß, bei Drehzahlen an der Kapazitätsgrenze. Trotzdem würde ich mich wieder für Noctua entscheiden.

> 3 dayI purchased these fans to replace two cooler master fans that seemed to be giving out. I have a corsair 300 r case and my old fans which were on the side panel were making a very annoying noise that I could hear from other rooms. I tried giving them some TLC but it didnt help much. I got fed up having to hear that so I decided to try these noctua fans. They were super easy to install and now the noise is GONE. I dont know if I necessarily needed to go with these fans, maybe others wouldve been fine for noise as well, but these are extremely quiet. I dont really do any heavy over-clocking or anything crazy so my need for cooling may not be the same as other people. That being said, I did notice a drop in temperature after installing these fans, so Im assuming theyre doing their job well. Though at this point I really only care that theyre extremely quiet (for emphasis).
