> 3 dayThe fan pushes a decent amount of air at lower speeds and is very quiet.

> 3 dayPretty good fans for the price ($14) but ended up returning them because of their thickness and getting 2 Noctua NF-A12x15 instead for my Evolv Shift case since they allowed me room for RGB strips and space to add fan grills. The move was for the better as the A12s are quieter, moves more air, leave a smaller footprint, and comes with extra cables.

> 3 dayYes, as some of the other reviews are stating, these are not absolutely the quietest fans you can but. They are of course going to be louder than a 120 mm fan. Its a 140 mm fan moving a lot more air... thats the whole point. There are undoubtedly some other 140 mm fans that will be quieter too; if you want cooling performance as good as this but with a bit less noise, you probably want to look at either an NF-A14 or NF-A15 depending on what youre using it for (NF-A14 for case fans, NF-A15 for coolers, but theyre exactly the same performance specs in a differently shaped plastic frame). The A14/15 is both slightly more effective cooling and slightly quieter because its basically the flagship 140 mm fan Noctua does just now and the redux is last-gen tech by definition.

> 3 dayThe grey (Redux) model of Noctua fans are the previous generation top tier fans, so you will not be getting the absolute latest and greatest that Noctua has to offer. That being said, theyre the best fan Ive ever had the pleasure of using.

> 3 dayStarting at 1050 rpm there is a noticeable hum with these. Its feint at 1050 rpm, but becomes very noticeable as you go higher and is downright annoying at full speed.
