> 3 dayI bought this fan to replace the stock CPU fan that comes with the 212 Evo, because it was making a loud tinkering sound. Ridiculously quiet and manages to keep my CPU temperatures nice and low. If Im in need of another one of these, I wont hesitate to buy it again.

> 3 dayNoctua is a brand known for their quiet and effective fans. This one was no different. I installed it on a fan header that did not have controls, so it ran at full speed. However, I used the included throttle cable to let it run at less speed, and quieter.

> 3 dayIt does what it does but it doesnt spin too fast. If you want to overclock find something with 2000RPM. Good for cooling at stock clock speed.

> 3 dayPut off buying one for years because of the price. Curiosity got the best of me. It really is a quiet quality fan with good air flow. The low noise adapter knocks it down to 900 rpm where it is virtually silent.
