Noctua NF-F12 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (120mm, Brown)

Looks good, feels good. But feels a little under powered, especially if you tend to use more intensive programs with it

Its a LOT of money for a fan lets face it. The fancy packaging says its a quality product not a commodity one when you open the package, it includes rubber anti-vibration mounts and plenty of cable extensions and splitters to fit any case. Very quiet in operation, seem to move plenty of air, a massive improvement for me over the fans that came with my case.

Noctua té diversos models i cal mirar bé lús que se li pretén donar a la seva web. Els hi ha per flux lliure i daltres per flux més restringit més indicat per posar ben a prop davant la part a refrigerar (el radiador de la CPU o bé el radiador per refredar el líquid refrigerant de la CPU). Jo vaig posar aquest en una entrada a la caixa ja que just darrera hi ha un bon feix de cables i abans un filtre anti-pols, i volia una mica més de pressió per assegurar, i el NF-S12A PWM a la part superior de la caixa per treure aire (no hi ha res que entorpeixi el flux daire). Hi ha un altre model que encara dóna més pressió i que seria lindicat per posar davant un radiador o disipador de calor del líquid refrigerant. Ah, la denominació PWM indica que són ventiladors les RPM de les quals es poden controlar des de la placa base, altrament van a RPM fixes.

Amazing fan, simply the best. Easy installation, great performance and includes accesories for your fans. I highly recommend this, and Amazon service, great as always. I live in Mexico and I came here because of the price in Amazon Mexico is too expensive. They took a little more time to charge the payment to my card, but once the payment was done, the shipment to Mexico was fast. Even some guy from amazon support did my delivery date earlier (because I was a bit worried because payment took longer than usual). Dont hesitate on buying this, totally worth it!

Noise reduction is amazing!, comeing from a stock corsair led fan on my spec-01 case, you cant even tell its on sometimes!

As I have come to expect from Noctua, this is quality fans. I have read reviews of people saying that the build quality was not so good and I guess I dont understand what people expect from a case fan? The fan is not made of paper and the bearing, which is one of the most important pieces of a fan, is of high quality! I have 8 case fans in my 4U server chassis that I use for my desktop (3x 120mm in front, 3x 120mm in the middle and 2x 80mm in the back) and I have replaced them all with Noctua PWM model fans (yes I paid a pretty penny but I will be using the case and these fans for many years to come and I live by the motto you get what you pay for).
