> 3 dayThe packaging screamed quality; adapter cables, extension cable, mounting screws, silicone mounting pegs, detailed instructions on the different uses and possible installation options, wrapped cables, etc... This fan comes with silicone anti-vibration mounts on all 8 corners that are removable, should you wish to. Quiet, this fan is whisper quiet, even at the highest speed. You can connect to 3 or 4 pin terminals on your motherboard. I could not be happier with this purchase & have already ordered a second fan.

The NF-A8 is a highly optimised, premium quality quiet 80mm fan. The PWM version sports Noctua’s custom designed NE-FD1 IC for fully automatic speed control via 4-pin fan headers and comes with a Low-Noise-Adaptor to reduce the maximum speed during PWM control from 2200 to 1750rpm. Inner Surface Microstructures
With the tips of the fan blades ploughing through the boundary layer created by the Inner Surface Microstructures, flow separation from the suction side of the blades is significantly suppressed, which results in reduced blade passing noise and improved airflow and pressure efficiency.
