> 3 dayGreat fan that came with a lot of extras (stabilizers, rubber feet to decrease noise, and multiple options for connecting it). Only issue is that it is about 2mm bigger between the holes than it says. This probably is not an issue for most (as this fits a standard configuration in a computer) but it did not work for my purposes (replacing a noisy fan in my aquarium hood). 4 Stars because of the misfit, and because I had to order this twice (the first time it never showed up, but amazon refunded my money so it was all good).

> 3 dayThese things are expensive, but I think they are worth the price. They push a large amount of air, and are the quietest fan I have ever seen. Also, Noctua stands behind their products. A friend of mine had an issue with his, and they quickly replaced it.

Greater than one weekFeels well made, delivers on how quiet it is. Could probably cost half as much if the extra 3 cables I dont need and fancy packaging were optional.

> 3 dayPut in a Honeywell fan enclosure to replace the existing 80mm which the bearings went out on. This is working as it should. I expect it being Noctua to last a while. Very low noise compared to the stock fan.

Inner Surface Microstructures
With the tips of the fan blades ploughing through the boundary layer created by the Inner Surface Microstructures, flow separation from the suction side of the blades is significantly suppressed, which results in reduced blade passing noise and improved airflow and pressure efficiency.
