> 3 dayTerrible! I ordered for my Anet A8 and it did not work. The wires were not long enough even with the extension. Its a 3 prong with a 2 prong adapter. I plugged it into the connection socket with just the fan and the adapter and it did not turn. Dont waste your time if you have an Anet A8.

> 3 dayI bought two German 40-mm fans and two of these Austrian 40-mm fans to replace fans in some removable disk drive enclosures. The original fans lasted about ten hours then started to squeal. I had to swap connectors between the old fans and the new ones as the drive enclosures used an oddball type of connector. The Noctua fans came with several common fan connectors, various mounting options, clever wire splices that I have never seen before, and extensive documentation on installation, design, and the history of the company. In addition to having to splice in the old connector, I had to drill out the mounting holes in the disk enclosure because the Noctua screws were so big (or maybe the original-fan mounting screws were so small). But shopping for fans, reading about the ones I bought, and installing them was a pleasant, immersive experience. It makes one happy to support a company that puts so much thought and effort into marketing a product. If you need a computer fan, these are the people to get it from.

> 3 dayI originally stumbled upon this brand and size of fan while looking for a small fan to cool my Raspberry Pi kits. These fans are fantastic, whisper quiet and provide very good airflow to my custom Raspberry Pi case. Another application Ive had for these fans is a little off the wall but they fit the purpose perfectly as well.
