No need for tech support. Up and running in minutes. All the tech in my home office goes through this so I can see whats happening at a glance and it allowed me to write them all from the one CAT6 that was dropped in the room by the builder

Works. Mine is in the recording studio connecting my network until I outgrow it. It currently connects: Recording Studio control-room PC, SSL Nucleus digital mixer/control-surface, Waves Soundgrid Extreme-C server, internet, and 2 Audiogridder servers. No complaints. Ill probably shell out for a 16 or 24 port network switch if/when I move to a Dante system but works fine with AVB, audio processing servers, and ipMIDI.

This switch was an improvment over my decade old) routher/switch. Plug-n-play as well as solid construction and performance. Again, time will tell all!
