Nerf Zombie Strike Dart Refill Pack

As I grew weary of the dreary realism of humans vs zombies conflicts in popular media, I began to warm to Nerfs brighter, more joyous vision of mankinds perpetual struggle to stem the zombie tide...with this brilliantly colored ammunition that added--dare I say--a bit of cheer to this otherwise rampant zombiephobia. Though, I retained a nagging tug of conscience--as any stalwart defender of humanity would--that allowing myself to be beguiled by the levity of these Nerf [Fun]bie Strike Darts would erode my vigilance against a zombie agenda that holds no less malice today than it did during its first macabre mastication of mans mind. The fire in my blood was rekindled, however, upon receipt of my refill pack, for some crude taping adorned the back of my package...holding nothing less than a thick, gnarled, obviously zombie hair, ripped from the decaying skull of one of the hordes of the undead seeking to disrupt the supply lines of Houses Nerf and Amazon. May the courier who braved that gauntlet of horror to deliver this cheerful ammunition to my doorstep know what hope he/she resurrected. He/she sought no glory or recognition, but may he/she know that, with each such dart fired, my weapon declares--nay, sings!--his/her gratitude.

These are painfully easy to lose.. We bought the Nerf Zombie Strike Crossfire for my daughter. She wanted a bow and was super happy with the product, but it only came with 5 darts and they were lost in a day.. Fortunately we bought this huge pack at the same time and have plenty to spare. Id imagine Ill be finding these darts all over my house for the next 10 years.. They are that sturdy. Nerf makes great products!!

For one thing, it is surprising how easy it is to lose darts in an all-out shoot out in a large living room. Furniture and fire places are great places to temporarily lose darts. In the middle of an intense firefight, do YOU want to be the parent who steps out and says, OK, everybody stop. Johnny/Suzy ran out of darts and I just need to pick them up and share them again. Youll get nailed in the head by one of the kids who still has darts. So be pro-active, but a refill pack and you wont regret it. And for Heavens sake, stay out of the way until all the darts have been fired! With a refill pack, there are plenty of extras on the ground to grab and re-load themselves.

My kids really enjoy these. They are lightweight plastic and foam. I like them enough because they seem relatively safe with only sunglasses for protection. I do require them to wear the eye protection and although they are close together because they dont shoot far, no injuries thus far. The color makes them easier to find all over the house. I didnt give 5 stars because I feel they are a bit flimsy but they are holding up nonetheless. For serious shooters who want more than a little fun with a soft foam dart, I would look elsewhere.

His toy only came with 2 and they were plain green these are much cooler and he needed them as he lost the 2 originals.
