> 3 dayThis fan sits around your neck and can be made to blow either down on your neck, shoulders and chest, or up into your hair, ears, and upper neck. It does help you cool off. Depending on how you arrange it it will sound louder if it is pointing upwards because it is blowing in your ears. This is fine for me, though, as I will be using it at work which is a noisy environment, and I want to block out some of the noise so I can concentrate (replacing it with white noise). The fan can be adjusted for 3 speed settings. It is comfortable enough, and lightweight.

> 3 dayI got this on a whim because Im going to a convention which is reportedly very hot inside, and I think its going to be very helpful. Its easy to turn on and off, and has 3 speeds. The air movement is great, even though the highest setting is on the loud side.

> 3 dayI can’t live without a neck fan. It cools you so quickly and I like that it has different speeds. Not too loud

Greater than one weekI use this on my nightstand and point the fans toward me. There are three speeds, and the top speed helps with white noise. This does have a weight that you can feel. I have no neck pain, so it does not bother me. However, if you have cervical pain, this may be too heavy. One nice feature is that you can charge and run simultaneously. So it runs the entire time I am sleeping.

> 3 dayThis portable neck fan works great. There are three power levels. All three work great. The fan is a little on the heavy side but is powerful. The third speed is a little noisy but gets the job done. I am middle aged and going through menopause. This neck fan is literally a life saver for me. I live in a hot climate and dont know how I did without a product like this for so long. It cools you off very quickly. It took a little longer than two hours for me to fully charge the fan. The battery lasted for hours and hours. This was great to take on a trip. I never know what air conditioning situation I am going to be in. This neck fan is something I can count on no matter what the situation turns out to be.

> 3 dayThis is a nice portable neck fan. It looks like headphones, just a little smaller. On your neck, it is pretty lightweight, although I wish it were even lighter and slightly smaller. However, being any lighter, it might not be as effective. The fan has 3 speeds and is somewhat noisy. Not too bad though, unless youre on the highest fan setting. It keeps you pretty cool. The only thing I worry about is getting this damp from sweat, like from a hike, or being out in the hot sun for a long period of time. Im not sure if it would be a good idea to have electronics exposed to heat for that long. For now, I use this on warmer days where I am both in the sun and in the shade. Im not sure if I would venture to take this on a longer hike.

> 3 dayIm out in my vegetable garden all summers. I do have a similar neck fan so, when one needs charged I use the other. My preference is this one. It doesnt suck my hair into a return blow hole. Theres time Im really sweaty and hot that I feel dizzy and this fan prevents that from happening.
