All Nature Sunshine products are great. I’ve used this product along with their Bifidophilus to treat mouth ulcers for 15 years. I no longer have chronic issues with this and rarely ever have an occurrence.

L-lysine has worked on my canker sores in the past, but Ive since discovered Monolaurin, which seems to work much better for me now.
