Love this stuff! My chiropractor suggested this for menstrual cramps of all things and it Helps tremendously. My husband now also takes it for leg cramps. He used to suffer with charlie horses in the middle of the night. I love all The Natures Sunshine products, but this calcium product is the best. It is easy on the digestive tract and is non binding. Important when you have to take 2400mg daily!

I sleep better with taking these. My doctor recommended 3 a night for me right before bed and my sleep has been so much more restful. I started taking these for my back spasms at bedtime. It calms them so I can sleep.
