> 3 dayWe mixed it at roughly 24:1 in a mixing bottle. Got our pup nice and wet then squirter some on. It lathered up very fast and rinsed out very well. Now our Aussie smells great and had no adverse reaction at all. We kept the shampoo off his face just to be safe but I doubt we needed to, but for his first proper bath we decided the less trauma the best!

> 3 dayConcentrated so you can really dilute it and still get great suds and cleaning and if pup is really dirty use a bit more concentrated mix. Smells great and that lasts awhile. Found it through my service dog organization that uses it.

> 3 dayGreat shampoo. I breed Border Collies and have used it for years with fantastic results. Smell is very nice, cleans without stripping oils. This is a concentrate, so you will need to reconstitute and it is thick. Fantastic value if you have several dogs.

> 3 dayIm really into grooming my own dog, Ive been using Chi shampoo for for him, but decided to try this too. Made my aussie shepherd very soft just like the Chi shampoo. However I wasnt a fan of the smell. Dont expect any bath and body works. The smell also fades away completely pretty quickly (after half a day), whereas the Chi dog shampoo smell lasts for about a week. But do keep in mind that smell is highly subjective and varies by individual preference (some people hate Chi dog shampoo smell saying its too strong and smells like cheap cologne which I completely understand). As for cleaning the dog and making the fur soft, it does a fine job like a professional dog grooming product would.

> 3 dayThis shampoo is wonderful. It leaves my dogs hair silky smooth. In addition the scent is heavenly. Me and my dog love it. Only one problem. When I received the bottle it was leaking. There is no safely seal under the lid. This must have been anticipated because the seller sent it in a plastic bag.
